I'm not sure how the system works to be honest, maybe the superfunds buy the cheaper shares and then distribute them to the members of the fund who want to buy in, I suspect that there would be a mutually beneficial deal between the 2 entities. Maybe someone with the knowledge of how the system works could chime in.
