I have it that MMX are extremely happy to allow chm access to books,..Primarily as they know that books back up their disclosures.....No poblems at all on that score....
$600k or thereabouts coming chm's way...if still clinging to dreams of substantially more, prepare for huge disappointment....chm's best hope is with their other litigations,, ie.. With Grimaldi, and that with the funder...Because nothing much coming from MMX.....
