    You leave out the following important part, the whole truth
    16 -
    Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace,


    That's correct wotsup, v16 and doesn't apply to you, as you said you don't know the full truth, then how can you be sure that you are in the right truth to have everlasting grace

    It's not a matter of reading the verse and bingo you got grace

    That verse is written to the people the apostles founded, not for people outside it like you coming 2000 years later, as you said "nobody does things like you,"

    Meaning you have no Traditions that you follow as Paul instructed, simply its getting very clear that you are completely outside the Church founded by Christ and 2 thes 2:10-11 is specifically referring to people like you

    One receives grace by being humble especially in acknowledging that we are sinners, those with pride and a big ego especially in hammering what they don't fully understand with imagined truth like you do under pressure of wanting to prove yourself to others, is not grace
