From market cap perspective no, but if based on SP value decimation then it's a plausible argument. DVP SP was $4 late Jan 2023. Current SP $2 - so the stock lost $2 in 18 months. Current SOI 258M shares x $2 = $516M potential value wiped out (for now). Artie is not totally wrong to say $500M gone in 18 months.
