Plenty of mines have done it. PLENTY ! and not feasible in your opinion doesnt mean much considering most experts, engineers, studies and reports have so far deemed it feasible. If it wasnt feasible as per your opinion then they wouldnt be proceeding with permits/approvals etc. Id also suggest the JV partners have done their due diligence so they are not throwing their money away.
