LoL skin in the game. How much did they pay for those shares?
Just posted about this "Funny thing is usually people will point to managing directors and others in charge having "skin in the game" not realising that the shares they have were all given for free, or from performance rights, and their "skin in the game" will give them controlling interest in all votes, which includes remuneration that they can keep their position and keep choosing to pay themselves high salaries and stops anyone being able to hold them accountable."
Board and Management have taken out A LOT more cash than they have thrown in. Gravy train for them, getting paid great salaries for years for achieving sweet F all.
