I think there may be a “clue” in the announcement.
It states:

The 20t shipment from the pilot plant was shipped to YNCC, also described as “Korean chemical company”:

Entirely possible imo; arguably likely, considering the history and specific wording - I wouldn’t expect the term “chemical company” to be used if it was a company like SK On or LGES or Samsung SDI…
LG Chem is often referred to as a “chemical company” afaict, so there's another possibility I suppose. Any others come to mind?
Just speculation of course, but more interesting imo that some of the chatter around here of late!
