Handling confidential, market-sensitive information: Principles of good practice (asx.com.au)
Broadly speaking, it would appear that if the information is "confidential" the little buggers can hide just about anything.
And Confidential Market-Sensitive Information must be protected.
When it is ready to be made public, they have an obligation for immediate disclosure.
