Bec's official appointment was COO, then in an early interview it became cheerfully referred to as "soon-to-be CEO" and now its COO / acting CEO.
Haha... forget the "acting" and just appoint her the CEO for god's sake!!!
Its like she has been employed as the CEO (doing the job of a CEO) but on trial - with trainer-wheels strapped to her. From what we have seen of her so far, she is doing a far better job than half the CEOs that head most of the speccie resource companies and done it for decades.
