The 3rd plenum currently on-going is worthy of a read and the downturn in China is certainly responsible for the increased copper inventory.
Anti Green Trump looking like getting in isn't good for copper sentiment, it mightn't dent explorers too much but HCH ain't an explorer.
EV growth is slowing.
They can still do the PFS, they've got the money, just do it.
