    Read the voting exclusions in the LLL meeting announcement.

    Firefinch Limited are shareholders like we are?
    What material gain do they get from the LLL sale transaction for it to be construed as a conflict of interest, given that they have made undertakings to return the LLL shares back to shareholders and any remaining cash reserves.
