It is likely Jinpeng have agreed to not ramp up to 48hrs of throughput and are focused on the quality coming out not the quantity at this stage. It’s easier to dial it in running 50% capacity then trying to do it at 100% capacity
you really need to stop twisting what I actually wrote. Jinpeng isn’t just responsible for the throughput for 48hrs also functional handover of the processing plant. As my comment above addressed.
