I do wonder if at least one of the posters here is a company (not our company) plant whose job it is to attack Anteris and generally demoralise shareholders so as to keep the sp down thus facilitating a takeover when the time is ripe. In the meantime, Wayne is dragging this company to profitability as hard as he can, and from their point of view, doing the hard yards from which they one day hope to benefit. I would give Wayne 9 out of 10, but the missing 1 is that his experience in big companies does not fit well with a start up. I mentioned to him that employing a big shot expensive CFO etc when we had 100 or so employees was a sign that we were growing too fast. All we needed was a bookkeeper or an accountant. And we appear to have a large "marketing department" for a company with little to sell? But he still gets nine out of ten and who says that I would know?
In any case we are between a rock and a hard place. Money is needed to jump through FDA hoops and that is all there is to it. CRs that do not provide options are in my view reasonably fair to RIs. The sp comes back to the CR price or within a whisker so we can top up if we wish and Anteris avoids the expense of a RI CR
I hope that I live long enough to see the Promised Land, keeping in mind however that patience did not benefit Moses.
In the meantime, we grin and bear it.
