I believe the NTA is now sitting around at ~$13 a per share, based on the fair market value adjustments as previously highlighted.
The reporting season and the release of the financials/presentation in a few weeks will clear up a lot of queries on tax payable and what the current position is.
Then we can start to form a good base of what we expect the buyback to priced at. There could even be scope for it to be upsized?
Feels like an eternity the original takeover or now the effectively winding up of this company.
