You're obviously not listening to what Trump is actually saying. You're being brainwashed by the mainstream fake media. Show me something where Trump says he's anti EVs. Even in his recent speeches he said he's all for EVs, just as long as they're on a level playing field as all other vehicles. He doesn't care what car someone drives, as long as all cars are treated equally. Why should an EV have a ton of subsidies?

If Trump is so anti EVs, why is Elon in favour of Trump? Both are capitalists. They know that subsidies aren't the answer. The Australian government kept propping up the local auto industry for years until it finally died. Subsidies aren't the answer. Let market forces take care of itself rather than leading someone down a particular path.
