Lack of confidence when cannot provide clear updates on what is holding up the next drilling program now over 2 months since last update. This is their core business and they have the obligation to keep the market informed. The best pressure on these govt departments (if that is the problem) is for every ASX entity to release details as to their concerns with the unacceptable delays to approve POW's - especially given the hype about aspiring to be a Battery Metals global power - they will not happen if the small explorers cannot explore!
