Rubbish. Trump subsidised the hell out of American agriculture as ALL US politicians do - he's not guided by a 'no subsidies' priniciple - he has no principles. To understand Trump is simple - what's in it for him.
Trump supports whatever industry gives him money. See: obese backflip on banning TikTok. See: telling Oil & Gas companies if they give his campaign $1 billion he'll grant their asks on Day 1.
