Primarily because few people outside HC desperates consider yet another "partnership" to sell Osteopore's products of much use. Previous distribution deals haven't increased sales, in fact they're going backwards in many countries. Investors rightly want to see the sales figures, not just the announcement of another deal.

For some reason, some HC commentators seem to think that having a big distributor guarantees sales. It doesn't. Whether that company is part-owned by the Singapore government, or is the biggest in the world, it's of little consequence if customers aren't buying what they're representing. Like any distributor, it's not up to the company to sell the products, it's up to the buyer to order them. That is the key problem with OSX: doctors don't want it.

Added to the low and declining sales, the debt burden OSX carries at very high interest rates, and the low cash reserves, it's clear that another CR and dilution is inevitable as the money runs out. Shares in this company – already near worthless – are going to go down further. You might get lucky if you catch a brief spike, but that spike is caused by market plays, not because the company has done anything to justify it.
