Pre raising at 0.003c M/cap was $4.2m now after the cap Rasing the M/cap is $5.9million so the companies value has actually gone up not down with dilution, if placement was done at a discount the price should be lower the 0.003c and the M/cap should stay at $4.2m including the dilution.

So they actually raised at a premium in a crap market, someone must like Gallium, oh yes obviosity the people who still have money!

So what is Melbourne Capital doing for the 20 mill shares issued for a one off Corporate Fee ??
