    COB sitting in the right place to establish the nickel/cobalt refinery at Kwinana. The access to waste streams is a real game changer as producing companies languish in a down market. With assistance from the US along with allies plus the Federal and WA Governments the initial outlay to build the plant is achievable. Iwatani is a strong partner having the land as well as supporting infrastructure in place plus a network of global companies including 4 of the top OEMs in Japanese auto industry to create off take agreements IMO
