Climate change IS CRAP...Tony Abbott is still 100% correct. ... at least half the world does not believe in climate change and only a few of the loonies actually do anything to mitigate their CO2...even though they claim to believe the theory. Yes, Even the loonies wont take a backward step when it comes to lifestyle, comfort, travel, health, education, security, playtoys. Then we have the fact that by all metrics there are no detrimental changes in the world...EVERY single forecast of doom and gloom has come and gone without eventuating...nothing is worse than before and some things are much better.. like significant global greening.Wild fires are at an all time low...Arctic Summer Sea ice growing again and even at its low was still about 12,000,000 sqklms. It's now over 14 million sq klms. ( supposed to be completely gone by 2010.)Antarctica growing in ice.Sea level rise continues at the same longterm rate of increase as it has since the last ice age.Hurricanes are at record lows with less intensity than ever.Great Barrier Reef still in excellent shape.Australian Dams are all full and overflowing... (They were never going to fill again according to Flim Flam)Polar bears are thriving.. more bears than ever.. funny how that happens when you stop shooting them.Ski seasons haven't stopped..the children still know what snow is.Still ZERO displaced persons from climate change in 2024... UN predicted 50 million climate refugees by year 2000. There are economic refugees though.Pacific Atolls, Bangladesh and Maldives are all growing in size and the Maldives continues to build international airports and resorts...Who is funding these, if the world believes in climate change and that the Maldives will be under water shortly..?Record cold still occuring in many, many places.Deserts are greening... the globe has greened by >15% in the last thirty years... That is hugely significant. The most comprehensive modelling of remote sensing data so far shows the area on Earth covered by plants in this time has increased by 18 million square kilometres — about 2.5 times the size of the Australian continent — largely due to the fertilising effect of carbon dioxide (CO2). Europe and the rest of the world are walking back their commitments to carbon reduction...the voters will not accept it... Trump isn't interested in wasting money on it..All countries are failing in their committments ( or lying)... new coal power being built in Germany because it is cheaper and more reliable. They even bulldozed old wood forests to access the coal. The costs of becoming carbon neutral are country destroying and therefore it will never happen..Unfortunately, these people cannot be told and we have to wait until even the biggest fools can finally understand... it's all a giant con.
