You can't buy or sell to yourself if you are a retail holder - do this on Comsec. Place a buy order at 9c for 100,000 units and then place a sell order at 9c for 100,000 units. If that sell order requires your buy order to fill it, Comsec will refuse that sale. End of story unless manipulation is occurring that is not retail.

Looking at volume, most sales are small retail by the looks of it - and when the market is down everything gets sold down. In a down market, only results as against speculation become the key force in price growth.
