an MOU was already signed.. there is no such thing as a binding MOU.
We appear to be happy to see what unfolds, you are not happy with what has been happening and trying to work out whats happening behind the scenes - your words... So rather than run your mouth on a forum constantly where you wont get that information, call the company and ask them some tough questions..
