Wow this is mind blowing FA.
So it seems pretty clear the Government's strategy is to drag this out until after the election I would think but the case the are creating for legal compensation is mind blowing. The bias is not even being hidden anymore its simply right out in front for everyone to see.
It will be interesting whether we as SH's or others will be able to force the Government's hand into making a decision or whether they get to the election without taking any action on PEP11.
It really seems like a slam dunk atm, either it gets approved or we wait a bit longer and it goes to court but either way it seems likely to be favourable for the company at some point.
