    I’m more referring to the other resolutions relating to remuneration mate.

    These BODs have been affiliated with each other since well before the LLL spin off, whether we or they want to admit that. That being said I don’t think the FFX BOD should be able to utilise 200M shares that by now should have been returned to their rightful owners to influence those resolutions…

    You’re smarter than the average bear mate, you know how these things work.
