Payment is one lump sum at the end of the loan agreement. OVT can sell IDSB any time before the loan agreement ends and if so, then is obligated to pay back immediately the principal and any interest owing. Otherwise at end of loan agreement they could also do a CR to raise funds to pay for the loan, or if the stock is above $0.02 the parties who gave the loan would probably opt to exchange the convertible notes to shares, as that is the strike price.
