BRK share price peaked in 2021 and MC reached ~$110 million in Aug. Speculators thought BRK was going to do an 88E type run and piled in, which was a bit silly considering BRK was chasing a gross reserve of ~25 million BOE ( and did prove that after all 3 HBP wells were drilled), whilst 88E were chasing over 1 billion barrels but only found lots of hydrocarbon indications.


Great short term returns for that company in 2021, which now has over 25 Billion SOI and similar MC to BRK

BRK, with $110 million MC ( $ 100 million EV) in 2021 for a company with minimal production which hadn't proven it's reserve base was a bit of an overvaluation. In that context a MC of ~$55 million ( $35-40 million EV) with proven reserves of ~11 million BOE net and an essentially growing production pathway might be considered undervalued.
