Gents if we look at this rationally - this market pricing looks pretty crazy to me.
I've done my research and IMO in their 4 projects in Brazil IMO AXL will likely prove to have a far bigger resource than all their three main competitors put together> so far only limited rock sampling and test drilling -but so far every hole drilled and 100% of every sample taken form everywhere in all their plots so far have been richly mineralised.DYOR-!

1, Caladao not only is AXL prospective for rare earths in their Caladao Project in minas gerais (TREO at up to 7,612 at surface)-but also for Lithium. And looking ahead at the length of their strike this could be a resource of up to 1 billion tons
2. Caldas - in and around the calda de Pocos AXL have more land than MEI and cash to drill - so far all samples so far are comparable to MEI -so why is MEI at A$ 250 mill mc and Axl and 8% of that?- nonsensical IMO
3.Itiquira project -looks like a new calda de pocos caldera and AXL have rights to almost all of it.
4.Corriente Project - this looks to me like it could produce Niobium like the projects around it.

with all these vast areas AXL looks to me like its going to be a giant IMO and IMO currently the ignorant/scared market is pricing this company with no real idea of the potential of the assets they hold - n@The Player mate I think you have just got yourself a bargain deal at 12 cents you can tell your grandkids about. below let me post these figures I just saw posted on the 2portfolios site - they are calling this sock as a buy.

BRE - (resource). MC A$264 mill - Cash approx A$24 mill = EV A$240 million
MEI (resource) MC A$238 mill - Cash approx A$23 mill = EV A$214 million.
VMM (no proven resource yet). MC A$51 million Cash approx A$6 mill = EV 46 million

Yet IMO AXL who if you know much about the areas they are in have more prospective land than all three above put together - with A$13 mill cash raised and announcing they are about to go drilling in 2 weeks are:
AXL (no proven resource yet) MC A$20 million.- cash approx A$13 mill = EV A$8 million ??

IMO this stock is being seriously mispriced so - its time to balls up step into this mispriced market and buy-lets examine why?
- sentiment in the whole junior resource market is rubbish right now
- sentiment in the REE sector is rubbish right now (since Mei's scoping study)
- sentiment about Brazil plays now is rubbish -see how they have all dumped there recently.
- AXL's three main "competitor" stocks have all been smashed almost in half over the last 8 weeks - and still, they are waaay above the EV value and MC of AXL
This is the contrarian buyers' dream stock here (or lower) - a new stock - a misunderstood stock in a crap market sentiment period - highly undervalued -with panic selling from some retail punters who have no real idea about what they just bought.
As they say in the resource markets -you are either a contrarian or a Victim.
After many years in this junior end game say "Buy em when you hate them- sell em when you love them"
There's an awful lot of hate going on for AXL right now so no me its a market bottom
- How much lower can this go? IMO -not very
-how much higher can it go? IMO -Very.
Small downside big upside - bottom of the market IMo - what's not to like down here? if you are a bit patient and DYOR? so ...I say .fill yer boots- take a longer-term view and sit back and enjoy the ride..

Like I said...probs a buy between 10-12c.

But don't flog a dead horse...there are Treo's in clay all across Brazil. It does not mean this is worth anything special.
And unless you've been to Brazil, you really have no idea of the potential of one area compared to the other.
