i dont know why one would convert early.
wouldnt you take your 3% coupon rate plus buy the stock at a fixed price in 5 years.
avoid taxes etc ... (heck, im no accountant so whateves)
anyways
TLX rose today, in one day, roughly same price that i bought it 6 years ago.
so i cant be insulted much today
