If its a deal then they may be keeping LDA as a safety net. This may even be required as part of the deal.
BRN committed to drawing $12 mill in 2024 out of an agreement totaling $50 mill so a working capital raise makes no sense at all.
IMO the raise is not for working capital.
If its not a deal its likely a JV or acquisition.
