That 12 millionnwas not accounted for innthe 13 million in the report. Opp CR started end of March so we would not see that in the account.

I suspect we will close this quarter with 20 ish million in the bank USD. That accounts for the 4 million burn. So we would still be funded for 4 to 5 quarters if we signed a few IP deals in the next 12 months. That said nobody drains the account to Zero before the CR.

That 50 million increase in LDA may have been due to a contractual requirement. But if they got someone onboard with skin in the game its an easier deal to raise that capital.

Lots of times to win a tender or have final approval you need to provide financial security and if they have 50 million 40 millionnwhat ever that will prove it and they would then sign off onnthe deal.

IMO this is likely the outcome.
