Hasn't the CG clearly stated that they are restricting any Chinese company's from having control on their critical minerals...if this is fact which l think is...then l cannot see the connection between JB an Nio getting any further to maybe just selling our Spod to them at the minute under necessity...once everything gets sorted in NA then wouldnt it be more likely that the CG would be saying to SYAQ do not sign any contracts with any Chinese company's as once all these giga factories are built and up an going our minerals will stay here isnt that what the CG have said all along or am l missing something here.
