Fmg have a clause to not be diluted in any capital raising so I expect them to pay for drilling and extend their ownership although I've read somewhere Alta want to keep it below 39%

Alta would want to keep it below that percentage to entice other majors etc although I dont see that becoming and would expect fmg to offer them out

The market cap currently is around $60m CAD

So, a 50% premium would suffice to probably get it done.
