Hadrian using a fair bit of AI these days based on what I have heard. Old 109 needed human intervention every (20 or so blocks) 110 needs it every (100s/1000s) blocks due to AI tech advancements. I know they look at all tech and see if it will improve Hadrian.
probably chip/computing power advancements as well
