You always want to talk ESG down then sound positive at the end ... why is that??
I think that yaq was simply trying to make sense of what DC said at the AGM about metrics. As you agreed ESG is probably currently valued on its gas being used domestically (i.e around $3.50/GJ) so the point of yaq's comparison holds true. That is if ESG is subsequently valued on its gas being sold into an LNG project its value would be higher (whether you leave the 2P and or 3P the same but assume a higher gas sale price or increase the 2P and or 3P and use the lower gas sale price.
In other words you agreed with the point of yaq's post but couldn't help disagreeing on the methodology ... which is of course your right.
