Rev 22:3/4 No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be within the city, and His servants will worship Him.…They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.

Rev 2:17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will give the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone inscribed with a new name, known only to the one who receives it.

Rev 3:12 The one who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will never again leave it. Upon him I will write the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God (the new Jerusalem that comes down out of heaven from My God), and My new name.

Rev 19:12 He has eyes like blazing fire, and many royal crowns on His head. He has a (new) name written on Him that only He Himself knows.

Yes, New Jerusalem is a metaphor and it seems clear that it is a metaphor for a new religion. The returning Jesus will have a new name and form a completely new religion.

As far as your 144,000 helpers are concerned, you are most welcome to that belief.

Rev 5:9 Once again a new song means a new religion. It's pretty clear, Mr Gordon, this is speaking about a religion not affiliated with Christian religions.
