The gems of Revelation 21, page-69

Rev 19:12 He has eyes like blazing fire, and many royal crowns on His head. He has a (new) name written on Him that only He Himself knows.

"Yes, New Jerusalem is a metaphor and it seems clear that it is a metaphor for a new religion. The returning Jesus will have a new name and form a completely new religion."

New religion, hmmm -> 19:13 - And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

Why would he be called that -> John 17:8 - For I have given to them the words which You have given Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me.

Matt 24:35 - Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

Hmm, new religion ????

Let thy Kingdom (word) come on earth as in heaven.
Luke 17:21 - Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

1 Cor 15:28 - Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, so that God -> (Word) may be all in all.
