Remember they are still "owed" $5m from BSM for royalties so we have at least $10m coming into the coffers. This is the end of our reliance on La Jolla and takes us away from deaths door.
I've seen my investment (as I'm sure many other have) drop 90% plus but have stayed with this coy as I believe their product has future generation benefits (as well as make this generation - i.e now - money.
There's alot more to this story me thinks. Just hope the market responds well.
JX Nippon are a huge company, so they would have done their due diligence.
