I've just seen a clip from Sky news where Richard Marles is parroting on about the "rules based order" and how fragile it is. What is the rules based order? From what I can gather it is the rules that the USA decide to make up to suit themselves in place of or in defiance of international law, and a subservient Australia follows obediently. What a disgrace and an embarrassment Marles is as Australia's defense minister.
