So Intec sold their beloved tech for 5m now leaving the company with what exactly? Other then 5m in the bank. Seems very cheap to me, Nippon would be well aware weak financial state of the company.
For an agreement would have to be the briefest ann I've seen a company make. And hopefully for share holders not more empty promises ahead.
