Nothing in it for existing small shareholders?
If so - It's actually shameful now how this company has used and abused the good will of small shareholders over the last 8 years
Small independent shareholders are the absolute "salt of the earth" backbone of any listed company.
They front up year in year out to AGMs, they take an interest, the put their own hard earned money into it - they are genuinely passionate and absolutely take the risks
It's their company for goodness sake
So they darn well deserve better treatment than this.
