NATO Eastward creep managed to recruit Rumania & Bulgaria (both abut the Black Sea.)

Should NATO have been successful in recruiting Georgia, Ukraine & Moldova, then
NATO would have encircled the Black Sea, having Turkey, Greece Bulgaria and Romania already as members.

IMO, Russia will now put pressure on Turkey via trade/energy deals to exit NATO in retaliation to Finland and Sweden joining NATO.
The US has alienated itself from Turkey by supporting the failed coup to debunk President Erdogan in 2016 and harbouring his potential replacement, Muslim Cleric Fethullah Gulen . In other words install a Muslin Clerical regime in Turkey while at the same time
debunk a Muslim Clerical Regime in Iran!...So much for US foreign policy consistency!
