This is getting tedious.....good try but....maybe Ukraine think they can still prevail ? Putin's into the third year of his bloody folly and tragedy and he's been given an awful bloody nose so far and it continues apparently.
The discussion/exchange was all about the "pro War" people here and then you went off on a tangent over cease fires and falsely claimed I had disagreed with a certain quote I'd never even seen which you tossed up and when I asked you "Who said I'm disagreeing with it ? you're now claiming I'm agreeing with it when that's only your assumption. I've said nothing of the sort. It depends on the circumstances of any so called ceasefire and personally I wouldn't be rushing to sign anything Putin put up given his track record. Whether Ukraine agrees to a particular ceasefire or not would be entirely dependent on the terms and conditions of that ceasefire I expect.
But all that is just clouding and confusing the issue...the issue over Putin and his War on Ukraine and the "devastation and suffering" he's unleashed as highlighted in your quote and whether Ukraine is prepared to submit to his latest demands/so called ceasefire is up to them.
You can try as hard as you like to try and portray Putin as some kind of hard done by Peacenik in all this but that just don't fly I'm afraid.
