yes .....even more successful autocracies like China can't match little Taiwan or certainly the US for semi conductor chips technologically the Netherlands say , is light years ahead of russia .
the model doesn't work . russia gets propped up with gas and oil and but apart from that they are neanderthals techologicaly and import virtualy everything high tech .
nor does ultranationalsim ....we saw the end of Japan and Germany in WW2 where they thought they were entitled to rule ....... but russia fails to learn from that
everywhichway russia is going in completely the wrong direction and it isn't hard to predict it will NOT end well for them
