Which is the issue where they lose trust and support....they raise for one reason.....spend the money on another...raise for a reason......spend on another. Rinse and repeat. Now they wonder why no one wants to give them more money? Who knows what the new plan is today or tomorrow and how they are going to spend the money.
Timeframes keep blowing out, and they still haven't been able to achieve a single dollar of investment from a strategic or institutional investor.
