I could name many worthy ASX stocks which are ignored by instos, generally due them being outside the fund's mandate in areas such as MC, liquidity and funding issues. LIN qualifies in each category. When LIN gets finance for the project all the obstacles will vanish. Do you want to be in before or after that?
