i think its fair to say they know they f*ed up this time.
Such a piss poor uptake on the CR that was only aimed at those already invested and it didn't even come with options or anything to sweeten the deal, as well as the raise being a higher price than the on market value.
It's no wonder it had such low participation.
Kicking the can down the road has definitely bit them on the ass and unless they manage to find some punters to pickup the shortfall, we're dead in the water.
I expected there to be resistance to the cap raise but i didn't see it being this low. Laughable really.
