With all due respects we did have leadership change and he has set clear and reasonable expectations (well some might say not reasonable but achievable) yes he has and by all looks he will deliver, maybe not as fast as some would like but to be fair it was out of his control, the length of time for the 3D results, which has changed the playing field somewhat and a quick shift from retest to new targets. It makes a huge difference at the card table when you have a fat wallet.
