for what you stated you where to do on behalf of shareholders was to create a better form of communication with shareholders through official channels within the company.
what prevailed AP juiced you up over coffee and then makes you an unofficial spokesman.
Andrew either stick to a professional approach on behalf of all shareholders and have minutes recorded when you talk to AP and then release that information through MAYs letter head.
or give up and sit on the sidelines with every other shareholder in MAY.
as i stated this conduct is not fair in business.
there's shareholders with massive losses involved here
