I had a look at PXX's investor presentation from January 2024. I suspect the cap raising is to provide funds for the drilling program at Black Canyon. PXX will need to keep the drills turning in Alaska and Nevada until they increase the tonnage to the point either or both deposits are at a scale that is attractive to NST.
